Welcome to Everon’s Plumbing! These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our services and our booking platform at book.everonsplumbing.com. By scheduling a service, using our website, or interacting with Everon’s Plumbing in any way, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services Offered

Everon’s Plumbing provides residential and commercial plumbing services, including but not limited to:

  • Leak detection & repair

  • Drain cleaning

  • Pipe installation & replacement

  • Water heater services

  • Emergency plumbing repairs


2. Booking and Appointments

  • All appointments must be scheduled via book.everonsplumbing.com or by phone.

  • A $105 service call fee is required for all residential visits unless otherwise specified in a promotion or agreement.

  • Commercial service fees may vary based on scope and urgency.

  • Availability is based on our team’s schedule and service area limits.


3. Cancellations and Rescheduling

  • Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance to avoid forfeiture of the service call fee.

  • If a technician arrives and the client is unavailable or cancels on arrival, the service call fee will not be refunded.

  • Emergencies will be prioritized, but delays may occur due to traffic, weather, or prior job extensions.


4. Payments

  • Payment is due at the time of service unless an agreement has been made in writing.

  • Accepted payment methods include cash, debit/credit card, and digital invoices.

  • Additional fees may apply for after-hours services, part procurement, or special equipment.

  • Labor and parts are invoiced separately unless provided as a bundled quote.


5. Service Guarantee

  • We stand by our craftsmanship. All work performed is covered by a 30-day service warranty (depending on the nature of the repair) unless stated otherwise.

  • Warranty does not cover misuse, tampering, or unrelated issues.


6. Liability

  • Everon’s Plumbing is not liable for pre-existing plumbing damage, underlying structural issues, or manufacturer defects.

  • We are not responsible for delays or issues caused by unavailable parts or required third-party services.

  • Clients are responsible for granting safe and unobstructed access to all plumbing areas.


7. Independent Contractors

  • Some services may be performed by trusted independent plumbing contractors under our supervision. All such contractors are required to uphold our standards of quality and customer service.


8. Privacy and Data Use

  • Any personal data submitted through book.everonsplumbing.com is used solely for scheduling, invoicing, and improving our service.

  • We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties unless required by law.


9. Right to Refuse Service

We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service if:

  • The environment is deemed unsafe for our technicians.

  • There is evidence of verbal abuse, discrimination, or hostile behavior.

  • Payment terms have not been met in past transactions.


10. Modifications to These Terms

Everon’s Plumbing reserves the right to update or revise these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to this page. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.
